Ben & Jerry’s

Maintaining cold storage performance for a large, multi-site ice creamery.

Founded in 1978 in Burlington, Vermont, Ben & Jerry’s grew from a single ice cream parlor to a multinational brand over the course of a few decades. Managing and maintaining cold storage infrastructure is obviously critical for any ice creamery and only becomes more difficult to manage as the infrastructure ages. That’s where RSNE stepped in.

RSNE partnered with a local, general contractor to repair and upgrade multiple freezer units at several different Ben and Jerry’s locations throughout Vermont, including their flagship location in Waterbury, VT. These projects include health and safety upgrades to high-volume production blast freezers, processing and production room modifications, and insulated door replacements.

Due to our ability to custom fabricate solutions with our insulated panels and doors, and the expert craftsmanship of our experienced technicians, we’re able to create solutions around older cold storage infrastructure, and help keep your favorite ice cream…frozen.
